- Can you do custom orders?
At this time, all of the bouquets we offer are shown on the website.
- How is Beyond Blossoms different?
Beyond Blossoms takes pride in providing an exceptional product:
- We buy directly from growers to ensure that your bouquet will last
longer than flowers delivered from a traditional florist.
- We offer matching or contrasting color tones to achieve a more elegant,
sophisticated, and contemporary look than a typical arrangement. Our
bouquets really highlight the beauty of each individual flower type.
- Unlike others, we tell you exactly how many stems are in every bouquet
so you can be sure what you are purchasing and what the recipient will
actually receive.
- We ship all flowers overnight in a gift box so the recipient
doesn't have to be home for delivery.
- Where are your flowers grown?
Beyond Blossoms purchases premium flowers from all over the world, including
the US, South America, and Holland.
- Will the flowers be in bloom when the bouquet arrives?
Beyond Blossoms ships your flowers fresh, while they are still in the bud
stage. With proper care they will fully bloom.
- Do you sometimes substitute flowers?
Yes, due to changes in availability, flower substitutions are sometimes necessary.
- How long do the bouquets last?
Bouquets vary in life depending upon the particular flower. Every Beyond Blossoms bouquet is designed to last at least 7 days with proper care.
- How do I take care of my flowers?
After traveling overnight, your flowers will be gradually rejuvenated if you take good care of them.
- Put the included flower food into a clean vase.
- Fill the vase with lukewarm water.
- Cut the stems diagonally with a sharp utensil and remove any leaves that are below water.
- Recut the stems and replenish with fresh water every other day.
- Some flowers will bloom and wilt at different rates. Remove any wilted flowers as your bouquet ages.
Note: Please be aware that the stamen of all types of lilies except for calla lilies can stain your clothes, table cloths, or any other material. In order to prevent this you can either gently pull the stamen out or make sure that you do not touch it with textiles or other materials.
- Do you provide wedding flowers or bridal bouquets?
While our bouquets are hand-tied, they are not intended to be bridal
bouquets. We also cannot do custom wedding flowers at this time.

Shipping Questions
- How are the bouquets protected when shipped?
Beyond Blossoms ships every bouquet in a specially designed insulated gift box
to protect the flowers from damage.
- Where do you ship?
We ship orders to any physical address within the continental U.S..
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
Currently, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
- What days do you deliver?
Orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday, unless the ship date or
delivery date falls on a major holiday (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
- What time will the bouquets arrive?
For all locations within the continental U.S., "Express" shipments
will usually be delivered by 5:00 PM on the requested delivery date. On busy days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, delivery might be later then 5:30 PM. "Express 10:30 AM" shipments will usually be delivered by 10:30 AM and by 4:30 PM to rural areas. "Express Saturday" shipments will be delivered by 12:30 PM.
- Why can't you deliver on Sunday or Monday?
Since DHL does not work on Sunday, we cannot have orders
delivered, nor can we ship orders for Monday delivery. We always ship
overnight and do not want the flowers to sit for 2 days in the gift box.
- What are your shipping charges?
Standard shipping charges for delivery Tuesday through Friday are $10.99.
Priority Overnight is $16.99 and Saturday Overnight delivery is $19.99 for all locations.
- What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?
Beyond Blossoms' shipments will be dropped off without obtaining a signature.
Usually, the delivery driver will ring the bell, and if there is no answer,
the box will be left somewhere safe at the delivery location. If there is no
safe location, the box will be taken to the closest main shipping facility.
- Can bouquets be delivered on the same day as ordered?
No. To ensure freshness all Beyond Blossoms bouquets are shipped overnight with DHL. In order to be received the next day, orders must be placed before 1 PM Eastern (Monday-Friday).
- Can I change the date or address of my order's delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not in the process of being
delivered, we can change the delivery address. Please contact us with the new address
information.

- Is it safe to make a purchase with my credit card online?
Beyond Blossoms protects your personal information using industry standard SSL
encryption and firewalls.
- When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged after your order has been placed.
- Will my personal information be sold to a 3rd party?
Beyond Blossoms promises to never sell your personal information to anyone.
- Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel up until 1:00 pm EST two days prior to the delivery day.
- How do I delete an item from my cart?
Click the shopping cart link on the top left hand column. When you are on
the shopping cart page, check the box next to the item(s) you do not want and
click update cart.
- Do you provide a guarantee?
Beyond Blossoms goal is to exceed your expectations. We promise to do everything possible to ensure you are thrilled with your experience. Should you have a question or concern, please don't hesitate to contact us.
- Do you charge sales tax?
Beyond Blossoms charges sales tax for shipments received in the following states: California (7.75%), Georgia (7%), Massachusetts (5%) and Illinois (6.75%).
