We offer a guarantee that assures that our floral arrangements and plants will stay fresh for seven days. If you are not happy with the freshness of your flowers, we will replace them or offer you a refund. Please contact us with this information.
Order Status
After registering with an account with us, you will have the opportunity to track your order, by clicking on the My Account option. If you do not register, please contact us with your order number and we will inform you of your order status.
How are the Bouquets Protected when they are Shipped?
With the help of our exceptional delivery staff, your items will be protected with the great care of our packaging and noted on the item description for safe handling.
Where do you Ship?
We ship to any physical address in the United States . Please note we cannot deliver to any type of P.O. Box. We also cannot deliver to any APO or FPO address. We unfortunately do not deliver to Hawaii , Alaska or international.
What Days do you Deliver?
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays will be delivered the same day, in the recipient's time zone. You must order by noon on Saturday to receive your arrangement the same day. If flowers are not available for same day delivery, the person ordering the flowers can upgrade their arrangement free of charge or cancel their order. Keep in mind that holidays such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas, Secretaries Day, etc. orders come to us in high volumes and it may be harder to deliver same day. We will alert customers on our website regarding any provisional changes that may occur during these dates. We recommend that our customers place their order 2 to 3 days before the holiday in order to assure delivery. These times of the year require much more from our company, but we strive to fulfill everyone's request. A certain time request may be provided, but again is much more difficult during the holidays.
What Time will Bouquets Arrive?
We try to honor requested delivery times, we are unable to guarantee an exact time, and most orders will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. We cannot deliver products before 10:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. If you do not want the recipient to be notified of their delivery, which is noted as a surprise delivery please inform us of this. If an order is not available for hand delivery you may cancel your order. If you cancel your order the day of delivery, you may be charged a delivery fee. You will receive a full refund, minus this charge.
Why can't you Deliver on Sunday or Monday?
DHL does not work on Sunday and we do not want your flowers to sit for two days without the proper care they need.
What are Shipping Charges?
Tuesday through Friday shipping charges are $10.99. Priority Overnight consists of a charge of $16.99. Keep in mind Saturday Overnight delivery is a charge of $19.99 for every location we offer .
What Happens if the Recipient does not Receive their Flowers?
The flowers do not require a signature upon delivery, if the delivery company does not get an answer after knocking and ringing the doorbell, they will leave the box in a safe place, porch etc., if there is not a proper place to leave the box, they will leave it at the closest facility and leave a note on your door.
Can Orders be Delivered the Same Day as Ordered?
No. We must ship our bouquets overnight via DHL. This will guarantee the freshness of the flowers. Orders that need to be delivered the next day must be placed before 1 PM Eastern (Monday-Friday).
Can I change the Address of my Delivery?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible with the change. If they are not in the process of being delivered, we can fulfill this request.

Is it Safe to use my Credit Card to Online?

Once your order has been placed, your credit card will be charged to ensure the prompt delivery of your flowers.
Will my Personal Information be Sold to a Third Party?
Absolutely not, Beyond Blossoms understands the need for privacy and would never sell information to a third party.
Can I Cancel an Order?
Yes, you can cancel up to 1:00 p.m. EST. prior to your delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible to fulfill this request.
How do I Delete an Item from my Cart?
By clicking your shopping cart link, which is located in the top left column, you may check the box next the item that says delete and then update your cart.
Do you Provide a Guarantee?
Yes, we provide a 7-day freshness guarantee. We want all of our customers to be thrilled with their phenomenal arrangements and will work hard to fulfill this request. Contact us with any regards to the guarantee.
Do you Charge Sales Tax?
Yes, we do, but only in the following states:
California = 7.75%
Illinois = 6.75%
Georgia = 7.00%
Massachusetts = 6.75%
